A variation from the regular chicken recipes, Ginger Stir-Fry is a Thai dish and is an all time favourite delicacy to serve with rice. Made using chicken strips, mushrooms and spring onions, it is goes well with noodles too.
How to make Chicken Ginger Stir-Fry
Step 1 : To make this delightful and easy recipe heat oil in a wok over medium flame.
Step 2 : Now add chopped garlic and stir. Keep the flame high.
Step 3: Add the chicken pieces, thai fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and cook for a couple of minutes on high flame.
Step 4: Add the ginger and mushrooms and stir well.
Step 5: Now add a dash of water and cook covered for 10 minutes or till the chicken is done.
Step 6 : Remove from flame. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and spring onions and serve.
Step 7: Serve hot with rice.
