2 cup gram flour (besan)
20 gm raisins
20 gm ghee
1 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
2 cup powdered sugar
20 gm pistachios
How to make Besan Ki Barfi
Step 1 : Take a non-stick pan, keep it on medium flame and heat gram flour in it. Saute it for around 10-15 minutes.
Step 2 : To the gram flour, add powdered sugar and pistachios. Mix well and remove the pan from flame. Stir in cardamom powder and raisins in this mixture.
Step 3: Now take a tray and grease it with ghee. Transfer the mixture into the tray and spread it evenly with a greased spatula. Cut the mixture in desired shape after it cools down and serve.
